I know it's not Thanksgiving, but...

Today my heart is full of gratitude for my many blessings. I know that Heavenly Father has cared for me and my family.

I am grateful for a kind husband who shows his love to me daily by helping me around the house. I am grateful for his tender expressions of love to each of our children. I am grateful that my children can recognize what a good daddy he is.

I am grateful for my dear children and for their health. I am grateful for the little knees that bend with me in prayer and tussled-outside-smell to little heads of hair. I am grateful for their hugs and laughter. I am grateful for their talents that fill our home with joy and the way they can play together, even if it is only occasional.

I am grateful for new friends that bring a smile to my face and old friends that warm the heart.

I am grateful for a warm house with thick walls to keep my family safe from the elements (because even in AZ we get cold)

I am grateful for conveniences like refrigerators and cars. And yes, even Blogger.

I am grateful for advances in Modern medicine that give preemies a second chance at life, fight infertility and other awful plagues, and keep us crazies a little more sane.

I am forever grateful for my Savior and Heavenly Father, for their love and patience with me.

I am so grateful...

Always good to remember what we are grateful for, any time of year :)

Yes, if the power went out for a long time and we didn't have our fridge and lost all the food in it I would be so so sad
