OK Friends...
I have been playing around with my camera down at the Mesa Arizona LDS Temple. Aside from being an architecturally amazing structure, it holds sacred meaning for me.
So, I have been wanting to capture just the right photo to display in my home. (about 20x30)
Will you all take a look at the photos, then respond with which one you like best?
(The number is for the photo directly under it)
And take my poll on your right!
For all you photographers, and I know you are out there, I would love (LOVE) to hear any suggestions you have. I need all the tips I can get.

Great pictures!
How big are you getting it blown up? That affects what my choice is..
But I like 1, 7 and 10
1 is just a very different, unique shot but probably isn't my number one choice for a huge picture. 10 is the very traditional what you would think of the temple shot as being, but it is great.. the coloring is just off/different enough to make it amazing. 7 would be good if you had the right frame for it..
Great shots though.
My fav for a wall mounted "family" temple shot would be 6. For me it's "traditional" in the shot and symbolic in that the temple is strong against the upcoming storm.
I agree that some of the other shots are amazing for the colour and angles, but 6 is what I would hang in the family room.
Since you asked...I will come out of 'lurker' status and share my opinion....
#4 is absolutely amazing, but for framing purposes I like #10 the best!
I have been to that temple once before. It's one of my favorites. You are lucky to live so close!
I think they are all amazing shots, but I have to say #10 struck me as the best right from the start. I like the composition and I love the way the color of the pool water matches exactly the color as reflected in the temple windows. To me, it just looks like something you see displayed in a gallery and I like that look for my own home. An absolutely biased opinion, huh?!
Whatever you choose, it will be lovely, as every shot is so well constructed.
Have a great week!
Many hugs.............
Diane
Hmm, I like 6, 10 and then 7.
I love number 3, and then LOVE number 10...that would be my vote. The reflection of number 10 is amazing. number three is just really artistic. Good luck!
I like 8 & 9 best.
I started learning about photography and am married to an artist. There is a rule to follow that helped me. Don't center things. It's called the 3rds rule or something.
Also, at camp last week a professional photo guy was there and was telling me to look at a shot and tehn figure out how to make it unique. Something that hasn't been seen before. Probably why I liked those two the best.
you are doing great! I love the clouds. Keep going! it's so much fun!
I love #9 because it is such a different perspective than you normaly see of the Mesa Temple! For me it is just surreal and because of the greenery reminds me of what I have learned inside the walls. Beautiful!
7 and 10 are my favs. Good job!! They look great!
I love #4, 5, and 7! I love the temple! Reminds me of those Youth guide days.
number seven in sepia tone would be gorgeous!
I like #9... just because ! lol... I think framing it would be elegant!
5 & 7 are my favorites but they're all so beautiful!
I would say 4, 7 or 10. Such a fun idea to have people vote! Love them.
I'd like 6 best if the palm trees weren't cut off at the top. I like the antiqued look of 7. I like the funky angle of 3.
What kind of camera are you using?
I'm a photographer, and I have a few different pictures of the AZ temple. I'd be happy to give you one of mine, if you are interested, and if you like 'em. Email me. Readingforyou@gmail.com
I love 7 and 10. Awesome!
