It's such a big thing for all of the reasons you listed. It is very hurtful when we hold truths so close to us and to watch someone deliberately turn around and go the other way is almost surreal. Mostly we were scratching our heads asking, "Are you sure you are in your right mind? Are you sure you know what you are doing?" Fear God, not man.Heidihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13314516800322982726noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8546227795214827902.post-61213457934334882722009-02-16T12:20:00.000-07:002009-02-16T12:20:00.000-07:00Interesting post and timely for me as M-i-L and we...Interesting post and timely for me as M-i-L and were just reviewing the families in our own sphere. The observation being that those in our family, both near and far, immediate and otherwise, the ones who have gone through the fire and remained faithful and active to the Gospel have endured and are relatively happy and content. Those who have chosen to leave, each one has divorced, their children have divorced, they seem to be fraught with abuses of every kind. This is not to say those who stayed are or were free of trials, no. One such family had severe troubles in their marriage, affairs, finance, excommunication, and all sorts of trouble. However they did what was necessary to get right with the Lord, and looking at them without their history, you would think "Molly and Mark Mormon with their 3.5 perfect kids, never any problems."<BR/><BR/>For me the formula worked out. Stay true and faithful to Jesus Christ, face your fire, walk through it, do what is required of the Lord and come out the other side happy and stronger for it.S'meehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12101359854973455791noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8546227795214827902.post-50878676149291696622009-02-15T23:36:00.000-07:002009-02-15T23:36:00.000-07:00I just love your blog. Thanks for sharing your testimony and insights...Jillhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10400166534454408746noreply@blogger.com
